These terms govern your use of the ShotXpense application and website, operated by PT Titian Rampoeng Nusantara. By using ShotXpense you agree to them.

The service

ShotXpense helps you record expenses by reading receipt images and spoken descriptions using artificial intelligence. AI extraction is very good but not infallible: you are responsible for reviewing entries before relying on them for reimbursement, accounting or tax purposes.

Credits, plans and payment

• One credit is consumed per AI extraction — a receipt scanned or an expense dictated. Manual entries, insights, search and exports do not consume credits.
• If an extraction fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
• Free accounts receive a monthly allowance of credits. Paid subscriptions and one-off top-up packs are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores’ terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage and cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings, not through us. Refunds are handled by the store that processed the purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Your account and content

You keep ownership of the expense data and receipt images you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you as part of running the service. You agree not to upload content you have no right to, and not to misuse the service — for example by attempting to bypass credit limits, disrupt the service, or access another user’s data.

Availability

We work to keep ShotXpense running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and the service depends in part on third parties such as Apple, Google and our AI provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShotXpense is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of AI-extracted data that you did not verify. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using ShotXpense and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
